Including a File Conversation in the Notification Email

When adding a File Conversation, an option is now available to include the comment text in the File Conversation email notification .Previously, the recipient needed to sign into Nimbus to read the comment.

A global option has been added to Admin / Customise called Include Comment in the File Conversion email.

If this option is selected, the File Conversation dialog now includes an option toInclude Text in Email.  If a conversation is shared with either a Client or Staff member, the content of the comment will also be included in the email notification that is sent.
