Failed to Send Email Notification on file upload

There are a number of errors that may be generated on a file upload, depending on the configuration of your Nimbus account.

Failed to send an email notification to the Client.  Automatic welcome emails have been disabled.

This error will display if:

  1. Your account has automatic Welcome Emails disabled.  This setting is found in Admin / Client Portal.
  2. If the Primary contact of the Client entity for whom you are uploading a file to does not have a Login to the Portal.
  3. If you have selected to send a file upload notification at the time of the file upload.
