Inviting others to your Client Portal

Clients can if they wish, invite others to access the documents and files stored on their Client Portal.

If the Client who owns the Portal login has access to more than one Client Entity, they can decide what Client Entity Folders they wish to share.

Instructions

Client to Login to their Secure Client Portal

  1. Select My Details from the menu

  2. Click the Invites tab

  3. Click the New Login icon located in the Top Right on the Toolbar.

  4. The New Invite dialog will display:

    1. Add the Contact information for the person you wish to invite

    2. Select the menu options you require for their login

    3. Click the Folder Access tab

    4. Select / De-select which Client Entities you would like them to access

  5. Click the Update button

  6. Nimbus will automatically send the Contact a Login to their Client Portal 

Remember that you can control what this person is able to access within your Portal
