Invited Contact Types

Clients may invite others to access their secure client portal.  These people are added as Contacts via the Client Portal.  They then show within the Business system as "Invited" contact types.

Instructions

To view invited Contacts, you may either do this via the Client grid, or the Contacts grid.

Via the Client grid

  1. Filter the Client listing to show the relevant Client Entity
  2. Expand the Client details to show the related contacts
  3. The invited contact will be shown within this list
  4. If your Account is integrated with a Practice management system (XPM, MYOB etc), then you will not be able to remove the Invited contact.  The Client must do this via their Client Portal.


Via the Contact grid

  1. Filter the Contact listing to show "invited" contact types.
  2. You will then be able to expand the contact to show which client entities they are related to.
