Errors encountered on Restore

Nimbus will advise when an error has been encountered on a document restore.  This will be because the document you are trying to restore already exists in the designation folder (the folder where the file will be restored to).

If you wish to restore a file to location which already has a file of the same name, you must rename either of the files so that the filenames are different.

The file rename can either be done in the Archive area, or in the destination folder.
