Adding a training page link to your Welcome Email

The standard Nimbus “Welcome Email” template now includes a link to the "Setting up your Portal Login" training video.  This is directed at your Clients / Customers.  If you have adjusted your Welcome Email and are no longer using the system standard, you can still add a link to this training video.  To do this:

  • Edit your template

  • Include the wording describing accessing the training link (eg: Please view our training video for further detail)

  • Highlight the word you wish to link the training video to (eg: view)

  • Click the Insert Link icon (globe)

  • Enter the following into the URL field 

https://aus.nimbushost.net/Nimbus/?Help=Client_Setting%20up%20your%20Portal%20Login&Id=Training

  • Tick the option to "Open in new window"

  • Click the OK button to save the link

  • Click the Save button to save the changes to your email template

We recommend that you send a test "Welcome Email" to your test Client, and follow the link to ensure that the video plays correctly.
