Sending emails to your Slack Channel
Incoming emails being generated by the Client when they upload a file for example are by default, sent to the employee’s email address who you have nominated within:
Admin / Business Details / Notifications field
If this happens to be an email address for your Slack Channel, all Nimbus Client Emails which are coming into the business from events completed by your Clients, will end up on your shared Slack Channel.
Links to files that have been uploaded by your Clients are clickable and once clicked will redirect you to your Nimbus account.
Note that with the introduction of the API Employee, a Slack Channel address does not need to use a Nimbus licence seat count.
