Changing a Signature block before Doc is signed

It is possible to change a signature block on a PDF document, before the document is signed. You may have a PDF where signature blocks have been added, but maybe a block needs to be moved, deleted, or another one added. This can all be done prior to the document being signed.

Moving an existing Signature Block

Open the PDF document in Edit Mode:

1. Click the Insert tab on the Editor ribbon bar

2. Locate the signature block and using the mouse, click on the block

3. The Edit block menu displays

4. Click the Select menu and the “handles” around the signature block become active

5. This allows you to drag and resize the signature block

Deleting an existing Signature Block

Open the PDF document in Edit Mode:

1. Click the Insert tab on the Editor ribbon bar

2. Locate the signature block and using the mouse, click on the block

3. The Edit block menu displays

4. Click the Delete menu and the signature block is removed
