Disable 2FA for Client - Password Reset

A Client may have un-intentionally setup 2FA (two factor authentication) for password reset.  They can disable this as follows:

Instructions

Login to their Nimbus client portal.

  1. Select My Details / then select the Login tab

  2. Deselect the "Use 2FA for password reset"

  3. Click the Apply button
