Client Changing their Email Address

If a Client adjusts their email address via their Client Portal, and the Client / Contact is not integrated with a Practice Management system or other CRM AND their old login code was the same as their previous email address, the Nimbus system will automatically update their login code to be the same as their new email address.

The system will automatically send an email to the Client / Contact advising them of this change.
