MPM - Add or update CDM Password

Nimbus supports integration with MYOB Practice Management (MPM), allowing users to view Nimbus client documents from within the MPM Client View. To enable this, users must add their Nimbus password to the MPM employee profile.

If the Nimbus password is reset then it must immediately be updated in MPM to avoid locking the Nimbus user account with unsuccessful login attempts.

Instructions:

  1. Login to MPM

  2. Click the Settings icon in the top right corner

  3. Select Profile

  4. Enter Nimbus password in the CDM Password field and click the green icon to validate

  5. If the password is correct, then a message ‘CDM Password saved’ will be displayed
