If you loose your Authenticator App

Situations arise where you my have lost your phone which has your Authenticator app and all the keys stored on it.

If you haven’t had the opportunity to import the app keys from your old phone, how do you login to your Nimbus account?

Quite simply, you need to resend the Welcome Email. This will work for your Clients as well as your staff.

Via the new Welcome Email, you are able to reset-up your Authenticator app and store the new key on your phone.
