Changing a Login Code

My details is where a Client can change their personal information which is stored in Nimbus.  A Client can change their Login code at any time.

Step-by-step guide

Login to the Client Portal.

  1. Select My Details from the Menu bar
  2. Click the Login tab
  3. Change the Login code to be something more memorable and click the Tab key
    1. Note that each login code to the Nimbus account must be unique.  This means that no 2 people may use the same login code.  
  4. Click the Apply button to save your changes.
