One time PIN is not a match or has expired

When logging into Nimbus using an authenticator code (or passkey), it is important to enter the passkey code exactly as it is shown in your Authenticator App.

Scenario - Resetting your Password

When resetting your password, Nimbus requires you to scan the QR code displayed on screen and make a new entry for your Nimbus login, on your Authenticator App.

Please do not use the old entry on your Authenticator App.

If you do use the wrong entry, and enter a Passkey which has been generated by the old entry, the system will advise the following error:
