Some web browsers do not pass the full URL link for the Nimbus website, and the user may be shown an error similar to the screen shot below:

When the error displays, please ask them to click the “View the certificate” link below (the screen shot below is similar to what is showing for your client).

If they then see the following screen, then the system is behaving correctly, and they can then click the “visit this website” link (shown in the screen above). If they do this, they will then be taken to the page where they can setup their Nimbus Login.

If they do not see the screen below (showing the correct certificate details), we will need to assist them via a shared screen.
