You're logged on somewhere else
You're logged on somewhere else
Problem
When staff are logging in to the Nimbus portal a message displays saying “You’re logged on somewhere else, do you want to log end this session?”
Solution
- The reason for this is that staff will need to logout of Nimbus at the end of use. This then terminates the session.
- The browser remembers who is logged in (via cookies) and if you go to login again, it will say that you are still logged in elsewhere, and will ask the question if you would like to log out of your previous session.
- To alleviate this issue, we recommend that staff ensure they logout of Nimbus at the end of the day, rather than just closing their browser.
