No valid mail items selected

When trying to save an email to your Nimbus account you may experience the following error:

“No valid mail items selected”.

Note that the item being saved must be either an email or a meeting item.

This error is generated IF the email being saved:

  1. Cannot be saved to disk

  2. There is an issue with either the Sender or Recipients list

Nimbus will generate an error in the Nimbus Log file. Follow this link for instructions on how to generate the Nimbus Log file.

Please locate this file and share with the support@nimbusportals.com team, for investigation.
