Synchronising your Outlook Calendar to Nimbus

Nimbus provides the ability to synchronise your Outlook Calendar meetings with your Nimbus Appointments module. To do this you must install the Nimbus Calendar AddIn.

Once installed, the AddIn will display in your Outlook app, via CDM on the Ribbon bar.

When setting up your synchronisation, you will need to select either a manual sync (Sync Calendar button), or an automatic sync (Auto Sync button).

When you synchronise your calendar, the system will request you to define what items you wish to sync:

Meeting type:

If you wish to only synchronise certain types of meetings, select the meetings you wish to sync, otherwise, set the option to Sync All.

Date Range:

Set the date range for the items you wish to synchronise.
