Advanced Field Filtering

Nimbus provides advanced filtering methods on both the Properties and Content columns.

Properties Column

The Properties of a document include the document name. Rather than using the Name field more than once to filter to a specific list, you can use the Properties field and use the + command.

Using the Nimbus UI

Open

1. In this example, we want to only show documents which have the phrase:

   1. New +

   2. Engagement +

   3. Master

2. The results show only those documents which include all three phrases.

3. Remember that the search will be across the currently selected folder list.

 Using the Nimbus AddIns

Open

1. In this example, we want to only show documents which have the phrase:

   1. New +

   2. Engagement +

   3. Master

2. The results show only those documents which include all three phrases.

3. Remember that the search will be across the currently selected search area. In this scenario, it was the Client Folders.
