ATOMate - creating an employee

ATOMate (for ATO document sync) requires an employee to be created in your Nimbus account.

The employee shouldn't have any access to anything in the system. ATOMate just need the employee detail to then use the credentials via the API. You must set a password for the employee as ATOMate require the following:

• URL for your Nimbus Account

• Login code

• Password

Any document then uploaded by ATOMate is tagged with the employee that you setup, so that you can easily see which employee has uploaded the file etc (in the document properties - Created By:).
