Email Addresses on Blacklist
Some email software such as Office 365, Yahoo, Gmail etc, have a Junk Mail option.
If your Client flags an email that has been sent via Nimbus as Junk, then that automatically sends an email to our team advising that your Client has complained about receiving Junk email from Nimbus.
The system then automatically adds the email address on a block list.
To remove the address from the block list, the owner of the email (anyone who can send FROM that email address) must send an email to Nimbus (FROM that email address) requesting that their email be removed from the block list.
Our team can action the request as soon as possible.
