Welcome emails to both Clients and Staff have a standard timeout, which means if the link in the Welcome Email is not activated within the specified timeframe, the link will timeout and will no longer be useful.

There are 2 settings within each account.

  1. For Initial Welcome Emails
  2. For Reset Password Emails

Instructions

These settings can be found as follows:

  1. Login to Nimbus
  2. Access Admin / Customise 
  3. Initial Expiry - this can be set in Days
  4. Reset Expiry - this can be set in Hours
  5. Change the required settings and Click the Apply button
