Problem

Sometimes the Nimbus emails can be filtered to Junk email on Outlook & Hotmail.

Solution

You will need to add Nimbus to your Safe Sender list.

Microsoft webmails (Outlook & Hotmail) currently have 2 versions: the Classic and the Beta.

Classic View

  1. Log on to https://outlook.live.com/

Alternatively you can go to https://outlook.live.com/owa/?path=/options/safesenderslist and jump to Step 5

  2. On the upper right part of the screen, select “Cog/Gear” icon, click “Options”

  3. Click “Mail” tab on the left side of the screen
  4. Under “Junk email” tab, click “Safe senders”
  5. Where it says "Enter a sender or domain here", type nimbushost.net
  6. Click on the "+" sign
  7. Click “Save” to add the email as your safe sender list and see if the valid emails will go straight to your Inbox folder.

  2. On the upper right part of the screen, select “Cog/Gear” icon, at the bottom click on “View full settings”
