You have a couple of options to do this.
If the job was just sent to the one client, you can:
- edit the job via the email jobs grid (locate the job and click the blue edit arrow)
- click the repeat button
- then click the send button
OR
You can edit the job as above
- click the schedule tab
- enter a date into the “Send a followup email on” field
- the system will send a reminder email on that date
- this will be the same as the content of the Email tab if nothing is stored against the Follow-up Email tab
OR
- it will send the content of the Follow-up Email tab
Please note that if the email job was sent to more than one client entity, any edits performed on the job will affect all recipients of the job.
