Customising Grids
Nimbus typically uses a grid to display tabular data. All Nimbus grids allow columns to be resized, the column order to be changed, and to sort by column.

Managing the views
Standard Email Jobs Views
There are 7 standard views that are configured with Email Jobs. These are available to all staff and are as follows:
How to select a saved view:
- Select Email Jobs from the Navigation menu
- Open the Email Job Views window
- Select the required View from the list
- Your View will now change to the selected View
Saving a View
When you have created a grid layout of interest, including desired column selection, column widths, sort sequence, and filters, this may be saved with a name for future recall. Click the Email Jobs view button in the top-left.
Under View Name, type how you wish to call the view and click the Save button. If you use the same name as an existing View, it will replace the previously saved View.
Copy to others
You might find that the view you just created will be handy for other people than just you. By ticking the "Copy to others" box you should be able to copy the newly created view to other staff members. The Access tab will show in the dialog and you will be able to select who should get a copy of the view.
Saving a Shared View
A Nimbus Administrator can save a view, which can be shared with all staff members who login to Nimbus. Click the Share field and then click OK to save the view.
