Nimbus allows you to setup advertising slots which can show in either your Business Portal, your Client Portal, or both.

  1. Select Admin from the Navigation menu
  2. Click the Ads icon and a grid opens with all Ads currently being streamed to your Nimbus site
  3. Use the checkboxes in the “Show in Practice” and “Show in Client” columns to determine which Ads will be displayed.
  4. You receive two custom Ads that you can use to advertise your own services to your clients. Click the blue arrow to open the edit dialog for these Ads.
  5. Ad images can be any image format (e.g.: .png, bmp, jpeg etc) and MUST be 720 x 200 pixels (width x height). The “Navigate URL” is the web site you would like opened when someone clicks on your Ad. Remaining fields contain useful tag information.


Customise

The Customise area within Admin also allows you to Hide All of the Ads to be displayed to the business.

  1. Access Admin / Customise
  2. Click the Hide All button to hide all adds
  3. Click the Apply button to save your changes

Client Portal

The Client Portal area within Admin also allows you to Hide All of the Ads to be displayed to the Client Portal.

  1. Access Admin / Client Portal
  2. Click the Hide All button to hide all adds
  3. Click the Apply button to save your changes

How to hide ads via the portal (admin settings are still set to be visible)

The Staff Portal are allows you to Hide Ads to be displayed as per the admin settings.

  1. Go to the top right-hand side of the Homepage.
  2. Click the Hide Ads icon

Now you have more screen real estate to utilise when navigating through the portal.
