We understand that at times you may lose clients, this will then need to be updated within your systems. For clients, you have archived/deleted we advise doing the following steps:
Export the client history, then upload this within the client folder
Archive or Delete the client (depending if integration is enabled)
Delete business folders using the client name/code (this will send the files to archive)
