You can change the properties of a folder which has been provided to all Clients, via the Client Template.

To do this, access:

  1. Templates

  2. Client Templates, and edit each template where the folder (you wish to edit) is listed (click the blue edit arrow).

  3. Then click the Folders tab, and open the To Client Folder.

  4. Click the icon for the folder name and the Folder properties will display.

  5. Change the options as required, and click the Update button.

  6. Then click the Re-apply button for the Client Template.

Description

Folder

Name of the folder

Trigger Job

This defines the type of email that will be sent to the Client when a file is uploaded to this folder.  Options are:

  • Client Notification - this uses the system email template "Upload Notification.email.html

  • No Notification - the client is not notified if a file is uploaded to this folder

  • Email Job - select an Webform Email template to be used when a file is uploaded

Read Only

If the folder is shared with the Client, and this flag is set, it means that the Client is only able read the files, and not edit them.

Prevent Publishing

Only available for Nimbus Business and Nimbus Professional. This flag sets this file to INVISIBLE via the Client Portal, meaning the Client will not be able to see the folder at all.

Auto-Archive

Only available for Nimbus Business and Nimbus Professional. This defines if the files stored in this folder will be automatically archived after a period of time. This setting is obtained from the Admin / Customise flag “Auto-Archive”. If the flag is disabled, it means that files will not be archived automatically.
