Intro: What is the Nimbus Profiler?
If you are a MYOB Accountants Enterprise (AE), or MYOB Accountants Office (AO) site, who also uses Nimbus Document Manager, you will soon be able to publish a document from AE/AO directly into Nimbus using the “Share It” button.
This will save the document into Nimbus - allowing you to profile it along the way:
Profiling is adding the client details and other metadata against the document - to help you find it easily in the future
The extra metadata you add against the document is controlled by your Practice Administrator - when they set up Templates in Nimbus.

Supported Workflows
The following workflows are supported for the Beta Release as at the end of 2024:

| 1 | Publishing a Tax Return
| You are in a AE/AO Tax Return, and click on “Share it” |
| 2 | Publishing from Statutory Reporter | You are in an AE/AO Statutory Report, and click on “Share it” |
| 3 | Publishing a Workpaper | You are in an AE/AO Workpaper, and then click on “Share it” |
| 4 | Publishing from PDF Manager This currently only works for Tax Returns | You are in AE/AO and have published a Tax Return to PDF Manager, and then click on “Share it” |
Unsupported Workflows
The following workflows are not currently supported for the Beta Release as at the end of 2024:

When can I use it?
The Nimbus Profiler will be available in the early 2025 release of AE and Nimbus.
