Unpaid Invoices and Locked Accounts

Your Nimbus account will automatically be locked if your monthly invoice remains unpaid by the 28th of the month.

To unlock your account, please pay all outstanding invoices.

This is done as follows:

  1. Login to your Nimbus account

  2. The system will display a list of all invoices and will show those which remain unpaid

  3.  

  4. Click the Credit Card Icon and the following screen will display:
