  1. Navigate to the respective Client Folder where you want to load the files
  2. Click the Upload icon to the right of the relevant folder. At this point, you can either browser your local system for the files you wish to upload, or you can drag and drop them into the Upload dialog.

  1. Once you have "queued" the files to be uploaded, check to ensure you have "Send File Upload Notification" ticked, if you wish to send an email with links to the files being shared.

  1. To modify the metadata of the file(s) click the Publish button. If you don't need to modify the metadata and there are no mandatory custom fields, click the Upload button.  Image Added
  2. At this point, the system will send the "Upload File Notification" email (if the option was ticked), and will make these files visible to the Client via their Portal.
