  • Read the changes introduced to MYOB AE/AO DM for customers using the Nimbus Profiler.

  • Ensure your PC and workstations are on Windows vesrsion version 10 or 11.

  • Close all MYOB software and all Windows programs.

  • Update your version of MYOB AE or AO to release 5.4.53.118 or later (Feb 2025).

  • Backup your database before installing.

  • Grab the login name and password for your servers, Microsoft SQL server used by AE/AO, and all workstations. Don’t use the default administrator login created by Windows.
