My Account is an area where you can update your Payment Details, and can modify the number of employee licenses you are billed for each month.

Adding / Changing your Payment Details

  1. Login to your Nimbus account and select Admin / My Account

  2. Enter either Credit Card or PayPal details and click the Apply button.

Altering your Seat Count

The Nimbus Seat Count means the number of employees which are able to login to your Nimbus account. This directly relates to your monthly Nimbus invoice.

You may increase / decrease your Seat Count.

Increasing your seat count will take affect immediately and you will not be billed any increased subscription fee until your next monthly invoice.

Reducing your seat count

Reduction of your seat count or changing your subscription type will take effect after the next billing period.

For example; if you reduce your seat count in September, the reduction will be shown in your November invoice.
