A staff member with Doc Admin access may restore files to the current working area in bulk.
If a Client folder already exists, the restored files will be matched up with the Client.
If no Client folder exists, a Green business folder will be created (if one doesn’t exist) and the files will be restored to that folder using the same folder structure as was setup prior to archiving.
To restore files in Bulk:
Select the Archive menu
Set a filter to display the files you wish to restore
Click the Restore All icon shown below, located in the top right hand side of the screen
The system will display an advice asking if you wish to restore ALL files in your current filter?
Click Yes to restore all
NOTES:
If a file being restored, currently exists in the folder structure where the file is being restored to, the system will error and will NOT restore the file.
