Scenarios that are not supported by the Nimbus Extension
There are a few types of PDF’s some documents that cannot be saved from the browser to your Nimbus account using the extension:
PDF opened in browser but is saved on your local drive.
Documents opened in Office365 due to Microsoft encryption and security
A PDF opened in browser in custom built viewer.
PDFs Documents stored in a secure location e.g. SharePoint.
Note: There is no restriction on file types that can be selected when choosing a file from your local drive.
Other Limitations
If there are multiple PDFs documents open in your Chrome browser tabs, the extension will only recognise the last one that was opened. You can refresh the page to prompt the extension to recognise the current tab
If Adobe PDF extension (or another PDF extension) is activated on the browser, the Nimbus Extension will not recognise PDFs.
The Nimbus Extension is only available for Business users and is not available via the Client Portal.
