SMS text messages notifications can be sent in addition to emails that have been sent by the Nimbus system. The SMS are sent every 1/2 hour between 9am - 5pm (based on emails that have been sent by the Nimbus system. Staff / Clients the location of the practice).
To receive SMS notifications, Staff or Contacts must have a valid mobile phone entered into their contact details in Nimbus to enable SMS messages.and tick Allow SMS Notifications.
