This article will show how can you reset or remove your Nimbus signature PIN code. If a PIN is not set, the system will not prompt you to enter a PIN when signing a document.
Step-by-step guide
Log into Nimbus, then:
Select My Details from the menu
Select the My Id tab
Enter Setting a PIN is optional. If desired, enter the new desired PIN code and confirm the PIN code. Alternatively, remove the existing PIN and leave blank
- Click the Apply button
- You will then be asked to verify your Login Authentication, which is your Password that you use to initially login to your Portal. Note that if you are using 2FA, you will asked for the PIN sent to either your Email or to your phone as an SMS.
- Click the OK button to complete
