Select Admin from the Navigation menu
Client the Customise tab
Click the Background drop down menu
Select the appropriate colour
If the colour required is not displayed, you will need to enter the web hex colour code for the required colour.There are many websites, which will provide a hex colour number, and some that translate RGB colours into hex colours. See http://www.colorpicker.com, which will provide hex colour numbers.
