When using the Nimbus MS Office AddIns, the system will automatically create both a Working Data folder and a Temporary Data folder in the C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Nimbus\Cloud Document Management - CDM folder.

How these folders are used

When a file is opened via an AddIn (meaning it is checked out), the system creates a file in both the Working Data folder AND the Temporary Data folder.

When the file is saved back to Nimbus (meaning it is checked in), the system will remove the temporary file and leave the working data file.

Cleaning Up

It is possible to clean up the content of both of these folders (Working Data and Temporary Data) if required.
