Contact without Salutation

Part of the integration process between Nimbus and XPM / WorkflowMax, is that Nimbus will automatically merge contacts together, if they have the same First Name, Surname and Email address.

An issue presents itself where the Salutation field for the Contact is left blank, if one of the Contacts in XPM does not have a salutation.

To rectify this issue, please perform the following:

Within Nimbus, locate the Contact via the Contacts menu, and determine which Client entities, the Contact is related to.

  1. Then in XPM, locate the Client Entities, and edit the Contacts to ensure that each Contact has a Salutation.

  2. Once all Contacts have been updated, ensure that the data is synchronised through to Nimbus.

 

Remember that Nimbus automatically creates contacts for Individual Client Entities. You do not have to create a contact within XPM for this to flow through to Nimbus.
