Updating a Contact in XPM

When you adjust the details of a Contact in XPM, it is also necessary to update the Client Entity for the changed Contacts details to automatically be pushed through to Nimbus.

In XPM perform the following:

Instructions

  1. Edit the Client Entity and add / edit the Contact record

  2. Click the Contact record and select from Edit from the Options drop down box

  3. Make the change to the Contact and click the Save button.

  4. Now access the Client Entity again via the breadcrumb on the top of the screen

  5.  

  6. Click the Options drop down and select the Edit button

  7.  

  8. Do NOT make any changes and click the Save button

  9. The change to the Contact record will then sychronise with Nimbus on the next sync cycle.
