Change Database Configuration - Sync Time

Locate where AutoMate Service is currently installed 

  1. Access the Nimbus AutoMate Service must be performed on the server where this service is installed. 
  2. Open Windows Service Manager:
    1. Control Panel 
    2. Performance and Maintenance 
    3. Administrative Tools 
    4. Services 
  3. Look for the Nimbus AutoMate Service. 
  4. Nimbus AutoMate Service is normally installed on the Database Server. 

Opening Nimbus AutoMate

  1. On the server where Nimbus AutoMate is installed, enter the following path:  C:\Program Files\Nimbus Technology\AutoMate
  2. Within the AutoMate folder, double click on the NimbusAutoMate.exe file
  3. Say Yes, to allow the app to make changes to your device.
  4. Select No to the warning below:

Click the OK button to continue.

Depending on your integration mode, some tabs will be named differently.

Click the second tab which will be your Database tab.  This may be MYOB, APS, HowNow, PaperBuster etc.

The Wait time may be changed at any time and will be utilised after the current sync cycle is complete.  
The Wait time is the amount of time that Nimbus AutoMate sits idle before it begins its next sync cycle.
Once the change has been made, you will be able to close the Nimbus AutoMate dialog box.
