SSO enabled account and sending Welcome Emails

If your Nimbus account is setup with SSO (Microsoft, Xero or Practice Protect), and none of your staff members have setup their Nimbus credentials, you will notice that it isn’t possible for you to send a “welcome email” to a staff member if they DO NOT use SSO.

To allow your new staff member to login to your Nimbus account please perform the following:

  1. Provide the Nimbus URL login to your staff member

  2. Ask them to enter their login code and click the Forgot Password button

  3. The system will ask for their email address. This must be the email address which has been setup within their Employee profile in Nimbus.

  4. Nimbus will then send a new password reset email, which will allow the staff member to setup their password and login to their Nimbus account.
