How to set up your Favourites also known as Views
What are Views?
Your Nimbus platform allows you to create your own favourite Views which will save specific filters, so you don't have to set them up each time. The functionality is kind of like how you pin a particular folder location to your quick access menu in File Explorer on your PC or like bookmarking a website in your browser. The expected behaviour of the two examples mentioned is to remember what you have saved. In Nimbus, you can do the same thing, you are able to save favourite Views for your Documents, Clients, Contacts and Email Jobs grid. Also, if you're an Admin user you can also push this saved View out to the rest of your staff using the system.
Who should be using Views?
Nimbus users who need to view certain Clients/Contacts/Documents/Email Jobs on a regular basis. For example there is a group of clients you will be corresponding with regularly. This is the perfect time to create a favourite View, that way you can go to the View whenever you need to bring up that group easily.
When should I use Views?
Any time you require filtering down to a particular set of clients/contacts/documents/email jobs. Another prime example of using Views, is if your business sends out a monthly newsletter to the same clients, you can filter and save the list of clients to then create an Email Job to do this moving forward.
Why should I use Views?
As a Nimbus user, you will see significant benefits from using Views:

· Quick to access files/folders you need on a regular basis
· Can create as many as you want
· Customised to your tasks
· Can create it once then push it to all of your team to use

How do I create my favourite Views?
Creating your favourite views is easy as 1 - 2 - 3!
Step 1 - Choose what data to display
Clients grid
Step 2 - Set the Filter/s on the Grid required
Step 3 - Name the View and click Save
