Sharing webform templates with other businesses

Did you know that it is possible to share your webform email templates with other Nimbus accounts.

If you have a business associate who you would like to share your crafted templates with perform the following:

Exporting your Webform email templates:

  1. Login to your Nimbus account.

  2. Select Templates / Webform Email Templates.

  3. Locate the template you wish to share a click the file hyperlink:

  4. This will produce a screen of the HTML code similar to this:

  5. Click the Download button on the bottom of the screen.

  6. This will then download a file with an extension of .xml to your PC’s downloads folder.

  7. You will now need to share this file with the other business either via email, or via your own portal.

Importing shared Webform email templates:

If you have received a shared Webform Email template, you can import this directly into your Nimbus account as follows:

  1. Login to your Nimbus account.

  2. Select Templates / Webform Email Templates.

  3. Locate the Template folder you wish to upload the template to.

  4. Click the Upload icon and then browse for the file with the .xml extension (or a number of files) and upload them.

  5. These files are now available within your Nimbus account to run via the Email Job process.
