Client Contact update with Nimbus
When you change the details of a Contact in XPM, the change will not automatically flow through to Nimbus unless the Client Entity itself is updated also.
An example would be when a change is made to a Contacts email address in XPM. If this is done, you must also update the Client Entity (you don't need to make any changes) which will force the change to be synchronised with Nimbus.
Step-by-step guide
After you have edited the Contact details, open the Client details in WorkflowMax / XPM
Select the client options and click Edit
Click the Save button
During the next synchronisation window (usually every 10 minutes) Nimbus will then pick all contact changes.
Note: if you wish to pull the information into Nimbus straight away, you could perform a Manual Sync.
