This article will show how can you reset or remove your Nimbus signature PIN code. If a PIN is not set, the system will not prompt you to enter a PIN when signing a document.

Step-by-step guide

Log into Nimbus, then:

  1. Select Admin from the menu

  2. Select the Employees icon

  3. Edit your employee profile, and click the My Id tab

  • Remove your existing PIN in both fields, and then enter and confirm a new PIN.

    1. Setting a PIN is optional. If desired, enter the new PIN code and confirm the PIN code. Alternatively, remove the existing PIN and leave blank.

    2. Click Update

    3. The system will ask you to either enter your Password or if you are using SSO, it will send you a PIN verification (this is a Nimbus Login PIN).

    4. Once you enter this, the system will have applied the change made to your Signature PIN.
